I belong to the Sindh [culture], which is made up of a community of loving and caring people. Actually, it was in my Sindh village where an older man first inspired me. He was known [in my village] for helping others without asking for anything in return. One day I asked this man, “why do you help others without asking to be compensated”? I am in inspired by what I've seen in my environment and community . I am inspired by issues such as poverty, illiteracy, war, and so forth. I am inspired by the fact that more and more of my peers around the world are getting involved in issues that affect my community and I believe that I too can be a part of this noble process. What inspires me most is seeing young people engage themselves in activities which are channeled towards the development of self and the community. I feel inspired when I see young people build up values for themselves.
